Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa takes us again to travel the most delicious paths in Portugal. It is a gastronomic journey through the 18 districts of the country, from north to south, passing through Madeira and the Azores. Sá Pessoa reproduces the most traditional dishes of our gastronomy, giving it a chef's touch and making them easier to execute by those who want to make them at home.
In both seasons, I was in charge of helping the art director with the most diverse details and details of the set. I collaborated in the research and development of the recipes presented in the program, in close relationship with the Chef and his assistant.
